Philip "Phil" Swisher (born June 26, 1963 in Triangle, North Carolina) is a former American bassist for hardcore punk/sludge metal band Corrosion of Conformity, and stoner rock band Leadfoot. He also played lead guitar for hardcore punk bands Unicef and Blood Bath.

In 1989, Swisher joined Corrosion of Conformity, after Mike Dean left. Swisher played bass along with new rhythm guitarist Pepper Keenan and recorded Corrosion of Conformity's third album called Blind which released in 1991. Mike Dean was later to return.
In 1993, Phil Swisher has left the band along with Karl Agell. Swisher was replaced by the original Corrosion of Conformity bassist Mike Dean, and Agell was taken by Pepper Keenan on vocals.
Agell & Swisher formed the stoner rock band Leadfoot in 1995 at Raleigh, North Carolina. Leadfoot has done three studio albums.
